Papa Briggs came to Charlotte for 24 hrs!
My father in law, Larry, came into town today unfortunately for a funeral of a coworker. Ryan and I were able to meet up with him for dinner! We had a blast! We have definitely missed Ryan's family since they moved to Chicago. Larry gave us the latest update on the family and the house. We found out this week that everyone, except baby Joshua have a calling in their new ward! They have been in Chicago since the beginning of September and they are all serving in the Ward. What a blessing for the ward! We miss them SO much! Thanks for dinner Larry! We love you!

We're glad dad got to come see you guys- we just wish we all could have come! Dad's not the best with words- what he meant was "happy" I'm sure- because you both look great!
